Waited over 20 mins in the drive through. There was only one car in front of me. Basically had to wait a long time, because the... car in front ordered things that they did not have results available, so had to wait for them to make it from scratch. This is based on four appearances at this local Jack in the box when there is an older gentleman wearing glasses and a young kid... was shaggy hair trust me the food comes out delicious and perfect every time when there is another gentleman and a woman workingto counter and stuff expect your food to be a hit or miss it's either going to be hot and fresh or it's going to be cold dry andstinky unfortunately he's not perfect you just got to hope you come at the right time. I have ordered from this Jack in the box a few times on doordash. They never give you ketchup for your fries, there is no way to... request it on their order page, half the time they forget to give you napkins, and I ordered a shake today and specificallyrequested a straw which I did not get.
