I ordered half tray of Dinakdakan and Pancit Palabok to be pick up the next day. When my Dad arrived there to pick it up, they... said they forgot to make it and made my dad wait for almost half an hour because they will still going to make the Palabok. ThePalabok was done bad. It was so watery like it was a noodle soup. I was so upset because my son likes palabok. And worst is, itwas already bad after 2 hours. Hire people that want to work. Cashiers repel items the store sells and causes delay in moving the lines. This results in long... waits. Then those that supposed to resolve lines with people cutting between social distancing dismiss concern and continue towipe down tables that are closed to customers. I am very very disappointed in the online ordering at the South San francisco location. I ordered 24 hrs ahead of time. 1. I... arrive and your staff didn't know there is an online order placed for pickup. 2. There was no chicken skewers so i had to settlefor all pork bbq. 3. The grilled pampano was not ready and waited 10 mins. 4. One if my orders was incorrect when i gothome. It says in your advertisment that online ordering is hassle free. It was not in my case. Slow service which leads to unnecessary long lines. I wouldn't mind if the food was worth it, but it's not. They stop serving... breakfast too early, so things like llonganiza and tocino are off the menu unless you feel like going there first thing in themorning. Read more

Good barbecue but the service is bad. First you have to go in line to place your order which is fine but what I didn't know is,... once you placed your order you still have to wait for your number to be called before you can pay and get your order. The waitis too long just for a take out. One more thing, I tried to call to pre-order which they suggest but it would have been niceif someone will really pick up the phone to take your order!
