Broth and noodles were bland unfortunately (1). Ingredients seemed fresh. Brisket (5)was definitely better that the beef (3) as... far as flavor and tenderness, unless you hate having fat on the meat, then go beef. Shrimp and imitation crab were good (4). Read more

Was in SLC for ski vacation. Accidentally found this place as I was entering the Chinatown Supermarket parking lot. Saw the sign... written in Mandarin: "Authentic Lanzhou Noodles". Haven't had Lanzhou noodles for a while so thought I'd give this a shot. Itook a seat at their bar counter myself. scanned a QR code with my phone to start ordering. Once I'm done selecting, I justpress "Send Order" and it'll transmit to the kitchen. It's nice that I could take my time to think about what I want. Verysurprised that I can select from 5 different widths of the noodle (from thin thread to wide flat) - hardly any noodle shop inthe US has such customizable option for the customers. I ordered the 10mm width but turned out to be almost 20mm (maybe bcoz ofthe expansion of the noodle dough?). Anyway.... The beef tripes noodle soup was delicious!!! Wait-time was about 10-15mins withjust 1 waitress and 1 chef ( plus several tables of customers. Decent service. Good food worth the wait. It's a treat to watchthe chef make your customized noodle. Noodle was hand-pulled on the spot, al-dente + chewy. Broth was light and flavorful.Tripes were not bland and has a gd flavor to it. Large portion of food. SLC is very lucky to have this authentic noodle shoparound. I'll return again to try other dishes in the future. Read more

I have not had a bad experience here :) customer service is great, the people are very friendly and welcoming, I definitely... suggest you come and try it out! While the food took a bit to get to the table it was most definitely worth the wait, plus beingable to watch the chef cook and hand pull noodles with nothing more than his hands makes the time pass by quickly. Definitelywill be coming back! Favorite Ramen in SLC ???? Read more

Freshly made egg noodles and tasty ramen! Went to this place for the first time and it did not disappoint! We ordered the curry... ramen and kimchi beef. It was authentic spicy. It was also entertaining to see how the noodles were made by hand right at thekitchen bar. Read more
