First time to order food again from Moochie's, post pandemic. I love their sandwiches before and it still is - very consistent.... Ordered it via Doordash and I had it within 15/20 minutes, fresh and warm. All the ingredients were so fresh, newly baked bread,fresh/crisp lettuce and tomatoes and generous amount of meat, onions and mushrooms. Yumm..... very satisfying lunch. Read more

Food was good. They messed up my order, I was the errand runner for work, called and told them they messed it up. Little kid on... phone said there was nothing he could do since I couldn't come back to get it corrected. (As I stated, I was working). Asked tospeak to manager. "Blanca" , apparently the assistant manager got on the phone, and again stated, literally, "there's nothing Ican do". Fifty bucks, they screwed the order up, and couldn't even offer a free french fries or soda or anything? Last time Iheard and when I was in food service myself, we NEVER told the customer there was "nothing we could do". I hope the owner isdisappointed in his management team. They literally just lost 4 regular customers. The assistant manager might not be able to doanything, but Google reviews are a real thing. Make sure you check every single thing when you get your food. Because they"can't do anything" to correct your order. We will never go back. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to any location. This is my favorite Moochie's location, mainly because of the staff and the ease of getting my order. (I usually use the app and... pick it up!) The staff is helpful and patient. Living back East, I loved eggplant parmesan sandwiches. I was SOOOOO excited todiscover them here. I also love the pastrami sandwich. Such a treat. Read more

So my daughter and I stopped here for lunch. I ordered the cold chicken six inch sub only lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise. My... daughter had the six inch cold feta cheese and tomato. They screwed up both sandwiches!! Both came out hot! Mine had chickencheese whiz and onions! My vegan daughters had gyros meat on it!! Come on, such an easy order. It's okay. Was super stoked they had whiz and tastycakes. Sadly the bread is often stale and I've never gotten a good batch of... fries (always hard and crunchy). Everyone raves about the J sauce, which is good, but it doesn't belong on something claiming tobe an authentic philly. This is the second location I?ve been to, it?s on south state street, after the first experience I had at the salt lake location... I said never again, but I was doing a job close by so I said I?ll try it again, why didn?t I listen to my gut. I will say whenyou walk In the place is clean I ordered the 6 in Philly, and when they say size doesn?t matters, it doesn?t to moochies I waslucky to get maybe close to 4 3/4? to 5? and like the last experience it was shorted the meat I got peppers which brought thetotal to almost 10 bucks.
