Spent almost $23 for two meals just for all of it to be old, and cold. Sir asked if we would like our receipt, we said yes and... never got it. The night staff has never been on top of things and has frequently served cold food. This is the third time I'vetried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm just over it at this point. Went through the drive through, ordered 2 breakfast combos and a sandwich. Got home and realized one of the fries/tots was... missing. Attempted to call the store multiple times no answer. I went in for a biscuits n gravy combo and the gravy was white water. Completely unedible. But what made it worse. I called the... store and another number and never was acknowledged or apologized or anything. Mistakes happen in the food industry but itsnever ok to ignore your guests. Read more
