Customer service is trash. Have been hung up on a few times. This last time my order was 30 minutes late from the estimated... pickup time. It was a Tuesday night and things were real slow. Also, if you order a Cesar salad, don?t give me ranch dressing.That?s not what I ordered. I?d rather have no salad at all. Delivery driver great.. Pizza not so much completely burnt and cheesy marinara dip a joke coverd the bottom of tin and called it... good. Never order from here. When you try to call it is an annoying automated message and never get a store employee. ???????? Read more
Customer service at this location has gone downhill. Recent past orders ran 2hrs plus for delivery. When I've called I was told,... "it will be there in 20 minutes." Twenty minutes comes and goes and I end up canceling. I finally ordered in the middle of aweekday and everything was delivered in a reasonable time. I thought everything was great until I checked my bank account acouple days later and I was double charged for that order. Pull it together. I will stop ordering from here until thingsimprove. There's better pizza with less hassle elsewhere. Read more
Used to be a great Domino's. Past handful of experiences have been sad. Right now I'm waiting for my pizza in the lobby,... watching some guy standing where the food is cut after being taken out of the oven, eat a sandwich that is sitting on theheating rack for ready food. Just chewing with his mouth open and touching his mouth while over the cut table. In his other handhis phone is glued to it. They are also out of many 2 liters. Watching this guy cut pizza nownwithoutnwshing his hands. Gross.Would give 0 stars if I could. Whoever manages this place should be seriously ashamed. Read more
Update: I submitted an online complaint through the Dominos website about my experience last night. This morning I received a... phone call from a lovely gentleman, who put a more than reasonable credit on my Domino's account and also shared with me thecompany's plan for how they are going to support this store to make it better for everyone. I am hopeful that their plan willwork. For the next 3-6 months I'll be a carryout only customer, and after that I'll try delivery again and see how it goes. Ihope to be able to update this review with good news. *** Original review: I placed an online order today at 8:05pm. Thedelivery time in the confirmation email was approximately 68-83 minutes. My pizza was checked for quality at 8:48pm. Cool, Ithought. Should be here in 15-20 minutes, right within the quoted window. I kept checking the online tracker, but it never cameoff of "quality check." Once the 83 minute window came to a close, I called the store at 9:29pm to find out what was going on. Avery polite woman informed me that it would take another 30 minutes for my pizza to arrive at my house. I asked her if my pizzawas still inside of the store, and she said yes. I asked if I could come in and pick it up, and she said sure. I was annoyedthat my "delivery" was now "carry out" but I only live a few minutes away, and I was hungry. So I got in the car and droveover. When I arrived, it took them 5-10 minutes to address me and locate my pizza. When I opened the box, it was cold -unsurprising, given that by then it was 9:45pm and the pizza had come out of their oven almost an hour earlier. They offered toremake it. Tired, hungry, and frustrated, but still craving hot warm pizza and not willing to settle for hour old cold pizza, Isaid sure. They remade it incorrectly. At that point, it was almost 10:00pm. Probably THE worst dominos experience I've ever had. I went down to pick up the pizza and the guy handed me a pizza box that... was damaged. I could see the pizza from the box he handed me. The pizza was squashed and we've tried ordering again to givethem a chance that sometime people have a bad day. But it has been consistently and smashed. Read more
First off we all know what dominoes is, decent enough. So my review is just on the staff who area damn fine crew. Super fast... and when there was a mistake they made it right. Thanks for keeping all these little greedy pizza monsters here happy. Read more
Things we've had happen ordering from this location: 1) Pizzas regularly come far later than estimated times, so we started... ordering takeout when we can. Multiple times our orders have been marked as ready, only for us to be told that it would beanother 10 minutes, so then we get to wait around while they game their numbers. 2) We've had pizzas put entirely on the wrongcrusts, which is particularly egregious when one of the ordered pizzas needed to be gluten free. If we didn't recognize thedifference between the crusts this could have caused extreme illness. You'd think when one of the crusts ordered is gluten freeit might warrant a little extra scrutiny, but apparently not. This alone is unacceptable, but somehow isn't the worstexperience we've had. 3) A recent order of multiple pizzas came with one of them just completely missing so one of us got towait an extra 20 minutes for the driver to go back and get it. 4) And now the latest, we placed an order at 8:12, estimated time61-76 minutes, fine. Quality check was 9:03. Still fine. It hits 10:25 and the order still hasn't left the store, so we calland are told that it would be 30-40 minutes still before it would be out for delivery. Two hours is the MAXIMUM amount of timethat food should be out of the oven before being eaten (including the time it takes to eat it all), this store was ready to sendus food that would be unsafe to eat. We opted to cancel the order. At no time did the store make an attempt to make this up tous or make amends. There wasn't even an apology offered.
