Absolutely terrible service. We waited first in line for 10 minutes to see the host to get seated and they let three different... people go ahead of us because they were paying for food. I told them I?d been waiting and was ahead of those people and theycontinued to let people go ahead of us. An additional 5 minutes past and they still didn?t seat us, just handled more peoplewho were paying. We?re understanding of being short staffed but this was absolutely terrible service. We talked to threeseparate staff and they all just kept letting people go ahead of us, never seated us at all. Waited 20 minutes for nothing. Read more

Walking into this location for the first time I thought "wow, it's really nice in here! Nice and modern decor, clean". That is... where my positve experience ended. The host, who was also our server, walked us to our table. There was only 1 other tableoccupied who walked in at the same time as us. The place was empty. The server brought us our drinks and took our order. It justwent downhill from there. Being they were dead, it still took over an hour to get our food. The server never came to check onus, no refills of drinks. When the food finally came, my moms eggs were so runny it was as if they just flipped the egg onceand said they were done. Our food was cold...probably from sitting there for n hour while we waited! My toast didn't even havebutter and was so hard, I didn't eat it. Again, never received refills for drinks. The only other table with people next to ushad the same issues. We waited and waited for the server to even bring us the check and he never came. Finally we got up andwalked to the front and stood there. No one still came! We had to yell, hello can we get some help up here?! When he finallycame out. We should have just walked out at that point. We will not return to this location. For how dead they were they shouldhave been on top of it and checking on us, as well as having hot fresh food. The food was great. Location good and service could have been better. They did great, but left us with no silverware and messed... up our drinks. Their AARP discount was great. Read more

Stopped in on Saturday. Easy parking. Not busy. Seated right away. I had the double cheeseburger and onion rings. Very good.... Sherri was a friendly server and I always kept my coffee cup full. Read more

This restaurant was very clean and prices were reasonable. What stood out most was the excellent servers. The service we had was... awesome. The waitstaff knew their menu, answered all our questions, and made excellent recommendations. She also checked on ourtable and made sure our drinks were never out. Read more

A big thank you to the new General Manager Anthony.... He is a great man and has taken Denny's West St. Paul to greatness....... Thanks to the night servers Chris and Thor... They have been wonderful and very helpful every time I have stopped in to have ameal.... Great service, awesome employees and just all around wonderful experience at this Denny's location... I normally don't take the time to write reviews. But this experience was so horrible I just can't let it go. I did an online... order at 10:15 a.m. and went to go pick it up. My email said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at Dennys at 10 30just to make sure it was ready when I showed up. I asked the guy at the front for my order. He went to the back to check andtold mi it would be ready in a bit. After 15 min I went back to asked again. He checked again and told me 10 minutes. I wentback again at 10:55 am. This time he was getting tired of me asking. I couldn tell he was upset. He said, "sir, all theorders are done in order. Wait your turn. The problem was they were already taking orders out from 10:30 to 10:54. Mine wasfrom 10:15. So I showed him my receipt and asked why mine was skipped. He grew more upset. He came up to my face! Andproceeded to asked me to leave. I could believe what was happening. His breath wreaked of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke. Ihate cigarettes! I asked why? He said I was being rude and making a scene in front of paying customers. I hadn't raised myvoice. I hadn't yelled. I never used profane language. I had also paid my order online. I told him I'm also a payingcustomer. I asked for his manager 3 times. Mngr never showed up. They sent me a waiter who was already busy waiting tables. I have to say he was the nicest person there. I wish I remembered his name. It was a black man. Very courteous andprofessional. To make a long story shorter I got my food at 11:35. I checked it. It was only half my order. I had to waitanother 15 minutes for the rest. Then they said they would refund me my money. They never did. Worst experience ever! Oh,and my mini corn dogs were burnt. I just gave up:(. Read more
