Service here is terrible! No "thank you's" or "you're welcome". Does anyone train these young workers to appreciate customers... for keeping their jobs. Maybe others don't care about service but I do and will go elsewhere for good service. The waffle frieshere were way too salty also. The fly buzzing around the kitchen is also a bad look. Especially when it's cold outside and fliesare non existent because of the weather. Never eating at this location. I have been to locations that far surpass this one infood and service. Read more
What ever happen to the ?my pleasure? culture? We visit the store 3 to 4 times a week and I can?t believe how much is went... downhill over the last two years. Even the Eagan location doesn?t say my pleasure anymore. Very disappointing that this cultureis not upheld anymore to the standards of chick fillet. You should also consider banning apple watches. Your employees seem tobe very distracted by their text message coming into their watches that they get the orders wrong on a weekly basis. Read more

Up until our last visit, I would always give Chick-fil-A 5 Stars. After the last visit to our local Chick-fil-A, I had to take... away a star, and here's why. My wife ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, with waffle fries and a diet Dr Pepper. I ordered aspicy grilled deluxe meal, with a kale side salad and a beverage. My wife's order was perfect! Chicken was hot, bothtemperature and spice level. Fries were fresh and hot! My order was a disappointment. The spicy grilled deluxe sandwich wasonly deluxe. There was absolutely no spice on the sandwich whatsoever. In fact if I could say something had negative spice, thissandwich had negative spice. The kale crunch side salad that I ordered with my meal, was delicious, but was missing the crunchyalmond topping. Was everything we ordered good? Yes! Unfortunately, what I received was not what I ordered, or was notcomplete. Yes I will go back, but I won't order a spicy Grill deluxe sandwich any longer. Read more
We all know the food is fabulous but let's talk about how amazing the service is! Everyone is so polite & friendly. My order... is always 100% correct & they never forget spoons, straws, napkins, etc like most drive thrus.
