I don't give bad reviews very often but this is outrageous! They don't have a way out of line once you wait forever in line and... if your doing any deliveries they don't have a sign saying you have to come in it's practically mostly drive through customershere. I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive thru with an order from somewhere else in my car and I was stuck still in thedrive thru with someone behind me. They said I had to come in and I continued to wait and decided to cancel the delivery becausethey would not make an exception and I live down the street. I'm not coming back even outside of work to this location. It wouldbe one thing if I didn't just wait in a mile long line and there was a way to get out of line but there wasn't. This Minnesota homegrown has the best menu optinos, they give you a choice of dark or milk chocolate. They acutally use... marshmellows and other delicious toppings for us dessert coffee lovers. The employees are always friendly and coffee freshlymade to your order. Don't forget to tip! Read more

This was a terrible visit. The person taking my order messed it up charged me for an extra drink I didn't order, my hot chi tea... was not hot at all and did even offer to take the extra drink that I DID NOT ORDER OFF MY BILL!
