We ordered our food through Door Dash, food came quickly, but....they have one burger completely the wrong burger, chicken fries... were hard and over cooked, onion rings were cold and undercooked, and no spicy sauce for them, and they forgot one burgercompletely!! I called and talked to the "Manager" which sounded like a snotty teenager! She was really rude, interrupted me,over talked me, then decides she didn't want to deal with me anymore, and hung up on me, real professional!! Paid $35 for foodthat was nasty, or not even there! The best Burger King around. We haven't gotten a bad Whopper yet. The people working there seem really nice. Those tomatoes seem... so ripe and fresh. Glorious combination of flavors. The past 4 times I have ordered through the app then tried to pick it up or tried to go through the drive thru they tell me they... are closed. Each time was in between 4 and 9 pm and on weekdays and weekend. The store hours on the door and online say theyclose at 10 or 11 depending on the day. It almost seems like the person working just doesn?t feel like making the food so theyjust tell you they are closed because when I have driven by an hour later the lights are still on and the employee is stillthere. It?s just unacceptable. There?s no reason why hours before the listed closing time you go to the drive through andsomeone is there to tell you they are closed. If the restaurant was genuinely closed they should update the hours online and noteven make it possible to place an order through the app. It?s really frustrating when you are hungry and trying to eat, pay foryour food, then get there just to be told they are closed. Either find workers who are willing to do their job, update thelisted hours online to be accurate, or just permanently close the restaurant if you?re only going to stay open for 2/3 of thelisted hours of operation. I don?t know what the case is whether the employees are just lazy and lie to you so they don?t haveto make the food or if they really are just closing 6-7 hours before it says online. Either way figure it out. It?s not fair forpaying customers to end up disappointed repeatedly. My past few experiences have driven me to not even bother ordering from thislocation anymore. It?s only 4 minutes from my house but I?d rather drive an extra 10 the next closest location where I?mguaranteed my food after I pay for it. This used to be the best location, then a couple of weeks ago some new people came in and let's just say their bad attitudes and... overly salted fries leaves something to be desired. Please hire people based on their CHARACTER because that's what reallymatters. Read more
