Good thing I checked! I ordered a birthday cake online 24 hours in advance, their policy request if you cancel or change your... order to notify them 48 hours before order pick up. They could not complete my order, their employee that does their cakescalled in, they did not notify me of this at all (if you want notice give your customers notice). I came into the store a fewhours before pick up to check on the status of the cake, I was told by the shift manager that they could do it tomorrow or Icould grab a generic one out of the display freezer. She walked away once I came back to the counter with a cake I picked out ofthe display freezer. In the 20 minutes I spent in the store I feel Management here needs to be re-evaluated, shift manager hadpoor attitude when dealing with customers and did not even try to make it seem like she cared. Her employees were scrambling tohelp people while she stood around and gossiped with someone. Read more

I went in here to buy a monster while waiting at metro PCS and it looked like this I didn?t realize it wasn?t in English and... drank it. I went back to let them know that something was wrong with it and they did nothing. I went into the refrigerator andfound three more of them pulled them out and gave it to them they looked at me like I was crazy. Baskin Robbins still has great ice cream. This new design combo with Dunkin Donuts is a great design, though it was a not tight... with seating. Thankfully we were some of the only clients at the time. Mom was looking for the Rocky Road flavor, butunfortunately they don't have that any more. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall a very good feel in thisestablishment. The young staff were friendly and helpful. Read more

Didn?t have any problem with the vanilla iced coffee on Sunday but the donuts were kind old and hard. This morning though the... coffee was horrible. It tasted nothing like vanilla but old coffee. The donut was fine. Very nice and kind workers there. Stillwill go back. Read more
Great place. it looks so nice inside. the employees are so kind and helpful. they have more doughnuts than I knew existed. I've... never had their coffee because I don't drink it, but I have heard it's great from here. And to people like Brad who are allupset over a few mistakes, this store opened like a few weeks ago, the employees are not going to be up to speed on day one.just take a deep breath. if you don't like it you can go buy your stuff at the gas station ???? I have been to this baskin robins location 3 times now and still have not been able to try anything from them. This will be the... last time I try. I pulled in to the drive-thru at 7:18pm. There was no one in line. I waited 5 minutes before the young ladygreeted me. I asked for a simple strawberry milkshake. She did not respond for another 5 minutes, but was laughing with herfriend on tje drive thru headset before finally telling us "we shut down our ice cream for the night. I asked if closing outalmost an hour early wqs common. Her response was "Excuse me? What? Can you please repeat that? Why don't you just goaway." Obviously I will NEVER be returning to this location and will be advising friends and family to avoid it as well. Read more
