Very disappointed in the service I received today 1.I came in as I do every other day.Not one employee acknowledged me.They took... 3 phone calls+ a customer that came in after me before asking me ?Have you been helped? I tell the young lady I?m here for agrubhub pick for N/A ? she walks back ?comes back to me tells me ?oh it?s not ready yet it?ll be another 10minutes? so Ipurposely go over to family dollar and set a 12 minute timer.After I go and have a picknick at family dollar I come back theyoung lady ask me 5x what?s the name on your order again.So 5x I tell her N/A?she walks back and says oh it?ll be a fewminutes.. after the 5th time she says again ?what?s the name on the order? I say N/A she says ?Oh we don?t have that order?after I?ve waited 31 minutes for a $14 order just trying to help a customer out?Never again will I pick up from this restaurantunless the order is over $50+ In addition to that I will never order from here again?The customer service I was provided todaywas horribly impeccable!We have to do better ?.Especially as a ?Family establishment? you all should greet every customer thatcomes with through that door! The time it took to make my pizza was fast. The place was clean, and the price was very much in line. The quality of the pizza... was great, except for the money you pay it's a cardboard pizza (very thin). That's my only dislike to to this experience. Iwill go to this place again. Read more

Ordered delivery, 2 pasta meals, hoggie meal and kids Spaghetti meal. Tipped over 25% at time of delivery. Received order, no... soda, no chips no pickle NO FLAVOR. Should not have to add aditional spices to my pasta sauce. Called to inform them what wasmissing Received even more or disappointment, disgraceful customer service! Angelo's is one of our top pizza places in the Twin Cities. I recommend the deep dish pizza ???? as well as any of their pasta... entrees. Their homemade garlic bread is outstanding. Always friendly staff too. We have even met Angelo himself in thepast. There are 8 massive booths along the sides & many tables. There's also a party room in the back The restaurant isalways clean. Lots of parking available. Open for both lunch & dinner. I highly recommend Angelo's! Read more
