We had a really bad experience here a year ago. After over a year, we decided to give this location another chance. Bad... idea. Poor service. We didn't even get a greeting when they FINALLY took our order after standing at the counter for over 10minutes... just a blank "wadaya want" stare. We waited 45 minutes for our order and they didn't have what we ordered by the timewe were served... even though they had it when we ordered it. Unfriendly, poor service and on top of it all... our order wascold and incorrect when we got it. We LOVE Popeye's, but we will NEVER return to this location. Read more
Worst experience at a fast food restaurant that I can recall. Went for dinner at 6pm. Was surprised to see only 4-5 people... dining in. I soon figured out why. 5 employees behind the counter working and 1 sweeping floors. Stood at the counter forroughly 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us standing there. First off the woman taking our order was rude as hell. But we got passed it cause we understand working fast food sucks. The... busicuits we're just blaa. we didn't even eat them. The chicken strips were under cooked but they gave me two extra so I justcame home and finished cooking them. The beans and rice are always delicious, I don't care if they put bugs in that stuff, Iwould still eat it. Ordered a 12 piece chicken family meal. I wanted 8 mild and 4 spicy and fires. When i get home i find the receipt says 6 spicy ... and 6 mild nuggets (not even strips), and Cajun rice. On top on the the chicken was all McDonalds chicken nugget damn size noteven an actual strip. I have eaten as many Popeyes around the U.S. an this is by far the WORST. Read more

Terrible service, they do not listen, and they do not even say a word when handing you your food. They just close the window in... your face. Hands down the worst experience you could give a customer, aside from spitting in their food, which I hope theydidn?t do. On top of all of that, they under served my Mac & Cheese. Barely half of the bowl was filled. I wouldn?t have evenmade the portions a big deal, if the service was good, but this feels spiteful! I was there 9pm December 9th, 2022.
