Y'all. Come on. I never write bad reviews but I have to say something this time. I asked for extra sauce and got less than... usual. I paid $1.50 (each) for what ended up being a really REALLY weak amount of toppings. $1.50 for a sprinkling of driedbasil? WTH? I don't think it would break the bank to be a little bit more generous and attentive. I expect a lot more for theprice and reputation. Is this extra sauce? Is this $1.50 (each) worth of onions, green peppers, garlic and basil? No. No it'snot. If it was one time I wouldn't have said anything but it seems to be the norm now. Not cool. Read more
We just moved here from NYC and consider ourselves something close to pizza experts. OTTO is better than 99% of pizza places in... NYC. The garlic/onion was off the charts. Best pizza we've tried to years. Read more

Good find! It's an old car shop turned into a pizza joint. All fresh air. We had a 12" pepperoni and bacon pizza. It was very... good. Sauce was Very tomatoee. Crust was thin and just the right amount of flavor. Highly recommend! When we were there theyhad both garage doors open. It was a very hot day so be aware of this. For us it was a nice feature but did get A little warmwhen there wasn't a breeze. Service was very good. We got waited on right away and the drinks came quickly, which was goodbecause as I mentioned above, it was a very warm day. We had water and it was cold, big plus. The food came pretty quickly aswell. The tables are not all that big but they compensate some for that with a metal stand for the pizza. Works out well as ithas a smaller footprint than the pizza pan does. The only negative really, and not a big deal really, was the size of the waterglasses. They were like bathroom cup size, well close. We had plenty of water though because they left a larger water vessel onthe table. Read more
Being new to the South Portland area my wife and I wanted to try a local pizzeria. We found Ottos by doing a Google search. When... we arrived we asked what they recommended and we were told their specialty was the mashed potato, bacon, and chives pie! Let mejust tell you that this pie is GENIUS!!! Mashed potatoes, bacon on a pie? It was so amazing. We also go side salads for startersand they didn't skimp on the side or freshness! Its why we have been back already a second time in a week. The second time weordered a roasted cauliflower, mushroom and chicken pie. I'm telling you if you want fresh ingredients, pies that are not,overlydoughy, and amazing varieties of beers and wines, then Ottos is for you! Read more
