i?ve been staying at my aunt?s with my boyfriend and we decided to hit up the closest mcdonald?s in the area for breakfast. we... ordered online and got there around 10:05am. the woman that gave us our food was such a sweetheart and was super professional &polite! the reason i am giving only 3 stars is because the second we got home we realized we were missing our water, one of ourmcgriddles, & a hash brown. when we opened the bag, one of the mcgriddles we had ordered was out of the wrapper and at thebottom of the bag. however, the mcgriddle could have fallen out of the wrapper when it was in the truck while we were cominghome, and i would like to clarify that i am not saying this is the woman?s fault at all, as it was super busy and she wasobviously stressed. the cheese danish we had received was squished and looked like it had been tampered with. please ifpossible, i would like a refund for my hash brown, cheese danish, sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle & water that i mistakenly didnot receive, as it won?t let me get a refund on the app. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. I understand shortages on staff, but individuality is singular and it shows in your work. I don?t know... what the deal is with ice in the drinks why so very little to nothing but a few pieces, then when asking for condiments it?s aproblem to get the correct items, not to mention when ordering drinks it?s conveniently misunderstood what coke and Diet Cokeare. Oh, you?re using a free meal card because we?ve screwed up so much. Using one of the cards gets you literally RAW French fries... and McNuggets that appear to have been cooking since the 1980?s. Neither item even remotely edible ? even for McDonald?s. Read more
It was open. About the only good thing to say about this McDonalds. The staff were apathetic, marketing is outdated, products... they no longer serve still widely advertised with POP and on the menu board. Had more grease dripping out of the bag than I'veever seen from a McDs and that's saying something. You can do better. Read more
very rude disrespectful young man took my order today. he chatted with his friends and didn?t listen to what i wanted. after... giving him cash for my order he decided to complain and say ?card was easier for him?. he gave me my mcflurry 15 minutes laterwith the spoon covered in the ice cream and not mixed. he must have ate my food since there was a bite in it and not even inproper wrapping. sitting at the bottom of the bag, and leaking grease. i am disgusted. this is the mcdonald?s made in hell. Every table in the building was dirty, the floors were sticky in the whole place and the bathroom. All of the the friends of the... teenagers that work there were hanging out.. possibly getting discounts who knows. The fries were really cold.. I don?t expectmuch from McDonald?s but there definitely wasn?t any leadership at THIS McDonald?s and from my experience working for a bigcorporation I?ve learned that they hire anyone and don?t care about work ethics Read more
