No tap to pay option when every other store in the mall offers it. Need to catch up with technology. Overall the counter was... unkept, straw paper and remnants of the last patrons meal still on the tables. Food took a while so giving me my shake to allowit to melt before getting my meal wasn?t ideal. Overall just a bad experience, will make the mile long line at Panda Expressseem a lot shorter on my next visit. No need to respond just do better for the next folks who decide to eat there. the wait was so long, the fries were cold, they got our shakes wrong after 45 minutes of waiting and they were very rude about... it! it?s a food court in a mall idk what i expected but it wasn?t horrible food/service. Read more
I was at the mall, I used the restroom in the food court when he Johnny rockets employee came out of a toilet stall after doing... his business. He did not wash his hands but returned to the store and started prepping food I would avoid this location. Read more

Food was hot and fresh. We had to wait a bit but the food was really good so worth the wait. The cashier lady was very friendly... and patient with us and we enjoyed the milkshakes for a a few minutes while they finished up our meal. It was our first timeeating here and I cannot wait to come back and have the food again, I really enjoyed it and wished I had a location in my area Ithink it would be a great addition to my home area.
