My boyfriend and I had arrived to get two donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and a coffee. Upon seeing the massive line (picture... shown), we decided to park for a minute and order online. We went to the mall across the street and after about 45 minutes, wecame back for our order. As my boyfriend went inside, the inside was guarded off with grab-n-go orders there, but not ours. Anemployee walked past him and left the premises (the photo with the last car in the line was the vehicle he hopped into) withoutasking if he needed anything - I found that so rude, unless it was his shift ending. When an employee had finally seen myboyfriend, he told them the order and due to the long wait time and them not making any hot food, the lady who had helped inthrew in four extra donuts for us. Afterwards, though, I had gotten a black, curly hair in my mouth from one of the donuts - myboyfriend is blonde/ginger and I am ginger; it wasn?t our hair. Like a lot of the other reviews, I will say that this location used to be at least decent not that long ago, but recently is... suffering from a case of "who gives a s***." Lobby is rarely open, consistently understaffed by people who clearly couldn'tcare less and every car in the drive thru is an extra 4 or 5 minute wait in line (no exaggeration). I am a twice a day Dunkincustomer for over 20 years and I will now drive an extra 4 miles on my lunch break to avoid this location. Read more
Have been going here since this summer. It was as good as an under-employed Dunkin gets, and I'm OK with that. Lately they have... been closing their doors and making people go through the drive-thru, making the act of ordering from the app pointless. There'sno way to know if you can pick-up until you make it there. Even though it's annoying, I get it. The other day I ordered forpick-up, made it there 20 minutes after and my order was not ready. At least they were open. They slowly made my orderforgetting about some munchkins at the end. After a while I saw a pink receipt with my name on it, picked up and figured outthat my order was sent 50 minutes ago. I immediately called their attention. I waited 15 extra minutes for nothing because theydidn't have the munchkins that I ordered. While the employee was processing my refund, she berated me and accused me of takingthe pink receipt saying that that's why my order was not finished. Read more
Rude staff and the female blonde haired manager who is skinny and about 25 years old is the rudest. After a coffee purchase, I... sat in their parking lot for a min checking my food delivery driver apps while I was smoking a cigarette and she said pleasemove so other customers can park. The parking lot only had one other car parked lol. Most of the staff can't understand English.Almost all my drinks are made incorrectly. As a lot of the other reviews have suggested, avoid this location. Every time I come to Portland this place looks more and more... like it just needs to be boarded up and shut down. Went today and ordered 2 donuts. Inside is closed as they are short staffed.Drive thru took way too long but not surprised as when I arrived at the window the dark haired girl who looked like she justwoke up was just standing there texting on her phone. When ordering I asked what donuts they had and was asked what I wanted andthey would look with the nastiest tone, horrible customer service. One donut was supposed to have strawberry frosting but it wasinstead all over the napkins they put in the bag on top of it. Front window of the building is all smashed and they havecardboard covering it. Shut it down, re staff and rehire. The majority of these reviews have all said the same thing. We can?tall be wrong. It was very busy and they didn't have enough people working to cover. They were slow, it took 25 minutes to get 2 drinks. They... kept doing other orders ahead of ours and when we mentioned that we had been waiting quite a while, they said they do coffeeorders ahead of specialty drinks. They got our order and they didn't mix it, just dumped it together and everything was sittingon the bottom of the cup. It tasted gross. Would not go back to that location again. As a rule I like Dunkin Donuts but not theone on Foden Road in South Portland. Read more
Sandwich was decent ice coffee was good. The order taker in drive thru could have been better. I got a bacon egg and cheese on... an english muffin and a large regular ice coffee with 4 creams 6 sugars simple. Didn't care for the vibe she was putting out. Ican't really explain it. But it definitely wasn't the right tone to have with someone that isn't being ridiculous in the drivethru and ordering a $100.00 worth of stuff. I got 2 basic items. Consistently provides you with an adventure everytime you order if anything will be correct or if the wait will be 30+ min for 1... item. The regional team refuses to pay staff a competitive wage leaving this store to never have staff. One of the worstexperiences at a Dunkin you can have, at least that?s consistent Read more
