Horribly understaffed, drive through wait times are ridiculous. On multiple occasions I've come here after 9PM and waited at the... speaker for well over 10 minutes before someone came on. Customer service training seems non-existent. Staff often come off asrude, no please or thank yous, or apologizing if they made a mistake or made you wait. Multiple times now where I received myorder and had no acknowledgment from the person at the window. When they hand you the bag and don't say anything I assume theyare going to grab something else. I'm left awkwardly waiting for a minute to see if they are coming back with anything before Idrive off. I was excited when this location switched to 24hr but it's so disappointing. I've tried it over and over thinking itwill be better but it never improves. There was a time when I liked coming here but now I'm done. Read more
