It's fast food. Good quality though. Had a small issue but GM handled it very well. Overall, satisfied.
Third time was NOT the charm. Third attempt to eat at this Arby's location resulted in half the order missing and when trying... to call and let the Manager know the situation while on the way to the hospital with my pregnant wife they simply would answerthe phone and hang up immediately. Extremely unprofessional and rude. This location will NEVER see my family visit it again. Read more

About 7:00 on 7/30/22 I stopped @ South Point OH Arby?s. I paid $15.97 for 2/$6 roast beefs and a 5pc fish meal. When I got home... I only had a 3pc fish meal.? Read more

I was with my girlfriend and my little brother (from Tennessee)and his wife. First they wouldn't make a sandwich that we wanted.... Then said it would be 6 minutes on two sandwiches and 7 minutes on a piece of pie. We waited about 25-30 minutes on our food.And they still didn't have one of the sandwiches. Said that they handed it out of the drive thru window. We waited another 15minutes to get that. While we were sitting eating and talking,the employees turned out all of the lights on us. If it wasclosing time, I would appreciate it if someone would just come over and inform us. That was really rude of them. As everyoneknows the food cost has went way up in the first place. So I think a business would appreciate the customers and try to keepthem happy so that they will come back again. This experience was very bad for me and my family. I hate to give out a negativereview, but honesty is a key trait for reviewing places. Read more
