I ordered online two hours before pickup. When I got there, they said they didn't have my order. I showed them my online... receipt. They then went to the computer and said, we don't even see these until you get there to pick it up. WHAT IS THE POINTIN ORDERING ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME?!?!? They then told me to wait, and they'll prepare they order. I see them start doing it, andthe other employees keep taking the burgers and putting them into other orders. About 15 minutes go by. Ordered through the mobile app. Double cheeseburger combo ($2 off coupon), strawberry lemonade smoothie and received free order... of 6 chicken rings. Meal was a little over $10. Waited outside until order would be ready. Walked in, one person in line. MobileOrder was not ready. There were @6people working behind the register and maybe 2 cars in the drive through.
