I?ve been to this location several times. The food is ok. This visit I ordered fiesta steak fries. They barely had any cheese so... I politely asked one of the employees just to add a little more cheese, in which he did. The manager comes out to reprimand thetwo employees. Then proceeded to come out from behind the kitchen to my table to tell me to order extra cheese next time and payfor it . Mind you I just spent $29 on two cheese steaks and fries, Not only was this embarrassing, it was humiliating in frontof other patrons. If you knew better you?d do better. It's an ok place it's mall food court food that's now doing stand alone stores. I ordered a Philly cheese steak and bacon cheese... fries. The sandwich and fries were lukewarm even know I had it in the store itself.It was good nothing to rave about Read more
Worst experience ever! I ordered online for delivery for a friend and notice the order was incorrect . I then called and said... they did not receive my order. Good thing i work near by and was able to walk to the location and upon arrival the manager aswell as staff told me they do not have delivery. Soo why is it a option online? The manager told me he could not cancel theorder and to call my bank to void the transaction. Management is horrible at this location, they are rude and disrespectful. The assistant manager Olaa gave me an attitude and... touched my food with her hands and not the utensils. Managers are outside smoking not paying attention to what's going oninside. Ordered fries barely anything in there and was very expensive. Had lunch today. The place was clean and adequately staffed. No tables because of the governor's ban. Ordered their Philly... Cheesesteak combo. They got the order right. The lemonade was bitter like it was made with powder. The fries were bland andretained oil. The cheesesteak was very dry. Overall very disappointing and they are not cheap for what I got.
