Excellent restaurant tucked away in the Tradewinds Resort. Great elegant, cozy atmosphere with excellent food and superb... service. Started with the calamari which is cut & made fresh daily (from the meatiest part of the squid). Entre was one of thespecials - angel hair pasta perfectly done in garlic pesto sauce with jumbo shrimp. All-in-all, I'd give them 6 or 7 starsacross the board. Read more
Pretty rough, unfortunately. I will give two stars because they accommodated a big group. We had 15+, and they had great... service. But all of the food tasted like it was frozen and heated up, including pasta dishes and desserts. I guess there?s notmuch that front-of-house staff can do to prevent that. It?s obviously expensive because it?s a hotel restaurant, but there aresome good local options that might be better. Just my opinion. Wish them well Read more
Waiter was a 3. Our waiter wasn't very friendly or engaging. Food was a 5. Hostess was a 5 bc they were very helpful and... courteous. Food was great. I got the grouper with risotto. It had asparagus, tomatoes, olives, carrot, broccoli, artichoke,and cooked lemon wedge. The grouper was fantastic. My husband ate the saffron pasta with shrimp and sea scallops.. They weredelicious. Service was amazing, and the food was flavorful! We were staying at the tradewinds and decided to get a reservation, we?ll worth... it. Our server Daniel was knowledgeable, answered all our questions honestly, and gave us some personal recommendations. Theportions were great, and the food was so flavorful no added seasonings necessary. My steak was cooked perfectly medium asrequested. The drinks were so good, we had a very enjoyable time! This restaurant deserves 6 stars! We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit so much, that we decided to go back 3 separate times... during our trip. The food was amazing, but the staff and chefs were even better. We?d like to give a special thank you and shoutout to Hassan, Mark and Bill for being incredibly hospitable and serving the best quality food we could have imagined. Food was great. Calamari had just the perfect crisp to it, we gobbled it right up. If you have the chance to try the flourless... chocolate cake you absolutely must! Don?t let the size fool you, that little cake packs a punch of chocolatey richness. Achocolate lovers dream. Read more
Such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! So friendly and great service! We had great servers, they were so attentive and... wonderfully accommodated our gluten allergy. The food was delicious, portion sizes generous, and prices appropriate. We wouldhave loved to try some dessert but we were too filled with dinner! Read more
We were staying at the Rumfish Resort Thanksgiving week for our 25th anniversary. We made reservations on Wednesday to... celebrate our anniversary. Our server was Hassan(?). He was the greatest!!!!
