I have been a regular customer since the South Pasadena location opened and have always been happy with the food. Last evening I... phoned ed in an order for a pizza. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it would be another 15 or 20 minutes. I brought thepizza home and found it to be absolutely horrible. This was a huge disappointment and because I had company, I could not bringit back. The thin crust was like cardboard and there were few toppings or sauce on the pie. No longer owned by its original owners. We had it go to the counter to order after waiting 10 mins, only to see the staff take... table orders, but not ours? Tables were dirty and needed cleaning. Ultimately the food was good, but service needs a significantimprovement. Read more
