I love this new spot .The people are amazing and the African American young lady is very pleasant and has a beautiful smile and... always makes me laugh but most of all I think all of the employees are awesome here but one thing I don?t like is thedisrespect from there bosses how one came in and was yelling and cursing at the staff I think that was very unprofessional andit could have been handle in a more professional way and being a boss or running a company it takes patients not disrespect ifyou want to keep your staff always remember do on to others as you should want them to do to you . Worst Dunkin I've been to by far, highly recommend AVOIDING this location. I spent 20 minutes waiting for a coffee (which came... out onl like 3/4 full,) and a plain bagel with cream cheese. All the people that ordered before me got their food before me,including the other people who ordered bagels. And anytime I tried to get the attention of an employee, I was completelyignored. If this is how they treat loyal customers, then they don't deserve any customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Read more
I never have a good experience at this Dunkin? and I have been going to it for 5 years. My order is never right and the workers... get upset if you point out the fact that the order is wrong. The speed of service is slow and even with 4 people at times itjust doesn?t sit well with how long one must wake for a drink or even a donut. Read more
Have never been talked to so rudely in all my life. My daughter and I could not believe the treatment we received in the drive... thru. Janique obviously does not care whether she keeps her job or not, the way she had attitude with us. We visit St Pete Beachoften, but we will NEVER be back to this store. Read more
Being that this is in a tourist area, you?d think it would be in better shape for people visiting. I don?t think there is much... to blame on the workers, they are doing their best. But there was a hole in the ceiling with liquid dripping down, I was missingitems, and overall it was just dirty inside. This store is in disrepair. Air conditioning leaking from the ceiling. OUT of food constantly. This store should be a prime... location on st pete beach. Good reason why Starbucks moved onto the beach. Clean up this location! Read more
Local. Have given it so many chances since it?s opened. The flavors are always off or their out of things. The quality of the... coffee and ice coffee is not good. Again, maybe have been there 15 plus times and it?s gotten worse not better. It?s either toomuch sugar or too little and same with the flavors.
