Wow great experience! Been in St. Pete’s for a week, and this was our best dinner meal. I got the Key West platter and my wife... got the fish tacos with grouper. We also shared the Chicago style oysters with our friends and those were outstanding! Irecommend the mac n cheese and slaw for your sides. Crabby Bill’s was basically next door to the condo we were staying in so it was easy to pick this place for dinner (especially... after reviewing other reviews). Plus we could see their upstairs patio from the beach. We got there around 5:30pm or so and hadto wait about 15-20 minutes for two seats. They have actual tables, seats at the bar and a railing that faces the beach and theGulf. Jayme was our waitress and our bartender. She was attentive and took care of us. I ordered the crispy shrimp and my wifeordered the snow crab dinner. Everything was clearly fresh and was quite tasty. We got to enjoy the sunset on the patio and hada great dinner. We had a delicious FEAST!! Crabby Bill’s is serving up some sunset lobster! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and then the lobster... was served. The crab legs were also delicious along with baked crab cakes and cold lobster. We make it a point to visit CrabbyBill’s once a year during our St Pete visit. A MUST TRY if you’re in town. Friends took me here on my Birthday. Party of 5 an had gotten seated right away! Not bad for a Saturday at 5pm!! Our table was... Window View, and the Beach was right there. Great View! Was watching Waves an Kite Flying! Now dinner time... and on my 3rdBeer, I had gotten 1lb Snow Claws and Fries ???? Great? Friend had gotten a great looking Salmon others had gotten Shrimpplatter also Cheeseburger platter an a Seafood Salad? Everyone enjoyed their dinners. Had great time there! First off…… shout out to the hostess/waitress for telling me about the bugs biting outside on the deck. Eating inside was... definitely the way to go that day. Now for the food……..It was damn good. I mean really really good!!! Parmesanoysters???????????? Nashville grouper(fish) nuggets ???????????? Nashville chicken sandwich????????????I also have to say thefishbowl drinks are???????????????????????? I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to love this place. We called ahead and asked if they take reservations and how long is the current wait time, the... woman over the phone said it’s first come first serve so she doesn’t know - she didn’t give us a current wait time at all.When we got there the staff was NOT friendly or personable. Our waitress was super dry, not personable, and hardly checked onour table. Our server came, took our drink orders and then it was so hard to get her after that. She checked on the table infront of us and asked how they were doing and directly beside us, she turned around and walked back to the front without so muchas looking at our table it asking if we needed anything. One of our plates were wrong, so it was sent back, we didn’t get theplate back for another 30-45 minutes, closer to 45 to an hour. By the time we got the food, she had checked on us ONE TIME, andthen when she brought the plate back we said we don’t want it anymore as our whole table was finished with their mealsalready. After telling her we don’t want it she immediately said “Are you serious”; and immediately the experience wentfrom bad to worse. We ended up boxing up the meal and leaving, all of that and the meal wasn’t even seasoned and tasted burnt.I would go back if the service wasn’t so terrible, our service left us not wanting to come back, she wasn’t helpful with themenu, didn’t check in on us for refills or anything, and it just wasn’t worth the trip. This is definitely No Frills Good Eating just as they advertise. The food was fast and hot. The wait staff was very friendly... and accommodating. We loved the Grouper Bites, Costal Crab Cakes and the Lobster Tail was huge and delicious. Read more

Really good food! We came here to have dinner tonight and was impressed with the food and experience. We sat up on the deck and... enjoyed a sunset dinner. I had the blackened grouper with potato and broccoli. Fish was very good. We also had the ShrimpAlfredo and blackened salmon. The view was nice and the service was nice. "T" was great, very kind.
