Lenny and the... catering team at the BLG helped make our summer Caddyshack Party a smashing success! They worked with us to cater hamburgers,hot dogs, and 3 flavors of chicken fingers. 2nd time I've ordered here and wondering why I gave it another chance. Your food is not good and too expensive. I'll pay more... for a quality meal but your prices do not match your quality at all..... I paid 15.00 this time for beer battered fish and chilicheese fries. Chili is a strange flavor that isn't great and hardly any cheese. I expected beer battered fish but they weresandwiches. Okay, quickly forgiven. It still looked good. Took a bite and it wasn't. Like a brick sandwich. Fish was really dry.Bread was hard and basic. Funny thing is the last time I ordered a burger here that was not good and decided to give them onemore chance saying 'how could you possibly mess up battered fish and chili cheese fries?' well clearly you can. ???? also theydidn't have tartar sauce? I love love love Blue Line Grill. Have been going there for quite a while now and the food and service is always AMAZING!! I... ordered pancakes for the first time today, they tasted like they came from my grandmas kitchen!! Nothing mass produced here!! Ibrought my dad out for the first time to dine in and he was treated like an old friend coming for a visit. This place is literally blue all over inside! It?s a super cute aesthetic. They didn?t even have someone up-front checking... people in - everyone was up at the grille right in front of where we walked in, and they politely welcomed us, invited us to sitwherever we wanted, and said someone will be with us shortly. We had Olivia and she was super nice. The menus aren?t THATextensive but that?s not always a bad thing. The Mac Daddy fries are VERY good. I feel like the cheddar cheese had some spice inits taste. The fries a la carte have a personality of their own. My girlfriend LOVED their bleu cheese. I suppose I could getbehind them using styrofoam cups but I feel like they were definitely too small. The water was extremely cold and I loved it. Ithink the menu could be more descriptive of its items. They didn?t mention that the chicken sandwich would be on a toasted bun,and they didn?t mention that the Mac Daddy fries would have tiny pepper pieces in them. Read more
I always review a restaurant whether my experience was good or bad. Today I ordered from The blue line Grille and I was so... disappointed. The dasher forgot my drink and than when I opened my meal it just wasn't right. I called and spoke with Hannah!She was such a delight. I expressed how unhappy I was. She was patient and figured a way to refund me and also sent me a gift ondoor dash to replace my meal. I have never had a manager go this above and beyond to fix a mistake. That's all it was. I am grateful for her to day. @7 weeks pregnant this was initially a major let down for me as I cannot control my emotions lol.Hannah took the time to fix things and I am very pleased. We had a fantastic breakfast this morning. The eggs bacon, and pancakes were cooked to perfection. The fruit cups were... delicious mix of fresh raspberries and blue berries. I would highly recommend the blue line grill for breakfast. Read more
