If there was a choice for zero or negative stars I would give it. Went in Tuesday evening to purchase their Tuesday special. ... The little girl and the Polynesian kid were fighting back and forth in front of customers. When the girl (she had pink hair)stopped arguing with the other kid she came off very rude and impatient. The other workers there were obviously embarrassed asto what was happening. Perhaps having an adult there in the evening would curb a teenager with some responsibility goingstraight to their head. Called tonight to order pizza. This is the first time they have answered there phone. I was shocked someone actually picked... up. When they answered the boy who picked up told me they are only accepting online orders that they can not write my orderdown and take it. He said there systems were out and could only take online orders. I laughed and said you don't have a pento write my order down I am paying cash, the said again there systems were down anf they can only have online orders tonight.. so I told them I was taking my business to a different papa Murphys then. Pizza's that I ordered on line are fine, but when I went to go pick them up there was a sign on the door that said they were... closed for a couple of hours and to call the store. An employee noticed me and ended up letting me in before I could call, justthought it very odd that they would do this on a Saturday night during dinner hours. My favorite thing about Papa Murphys is how easy it is to replace and customize ingredients! (Ps- EVERYTHING is better on their... creamy garlic sauce. Yum.) I could get bacon on half and then put green olives on half when I got home! Read more
