This location is always clean and the staff, 9 times out of 10, are present and friendly. I've only had 1 weird experience where... one of the staff was talking shmack on one of the teachers at their school, and they paid zero attention to the customers. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to due to my experience with the staff tonight. I ordered 3 pizzas and when I got... home and went to cook them I noticed one was wrong. I called the store to see if I ordered it wrong or if it was just a mix-upwith the order and it was. The first person I talked to said they needed to call the manager to see if they could do a refund.They took my number and said they would call me back when they hear from their manager. I honestly didn't think they would callme back. Sure enough, about 15 minutes later one of the other employees called me and gave me a refund over the phone. This location never disappoints! The gluten free crust here is amazing and I have never got sick from it.

Not only were they slower than molasses when we were there, the "manager" was hiding in the back office. There was no one else... in the store. I understand they may have had online or call in orders, but their customer service was horrible. Just cooked thepizzas, and they somehow got sauce on the bottom of the tray, now my oven is smoking. I love Papa Murphy's Pizza. Their vegetarian pizza is particularly good. The New York one that they are running a special on... lately is also really good. Here's a couple pictures of the uncooked pizzas that show what I like to order the most of.
