Update Review 9/26/2022:\n\nAfter trying Napoli\'s for the 2nd time, my opinion has changed. The service was great, just like... last time, but this time my food was much better! The chicken Tetrazzini was much more delicious than the chicken Alfredo I hadlast time.\n\nI\'ve decided to change my review from 3 stars to 5 stars! Will be returning to Napoli\'s in thefuture!\n\nOriginal Review 9/3/2022:\n\nOverall, my experience with Napoli\'s was mixed.\n\nOn one hand, the service was speedyand great! On the other hand, the food wasn\'t so great. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. It wasn\'t horrible, but was awfullybland.\n\nI\'m willing to give Napoli\'s another try in the future with a different, hopefully more tasty menu item.\n\nNone ofmy complaints would be as defining if it wasn\'t so expensive to eat here. There\'s a serious lack of great Italian in Utah, so I was excited to try this new place. The waiting area is much too small to... accommodate dinner rush. The dining room looks nice and the lighting is perfect. All the tables have nice cloth. The decor isok, nothing special and a little bland. The smooth jazz music was a little irritating after a while. The waitress was friendlyand kept up on our drinks. I was a little startled when I asked for a wine menu and was told they don\'t serve wine (or anyalcohol) but that I could bring my own wine if I wanted. I ordered the shrimp scampi which came with a salad. The salad wasbasically what I could by in a bag at the grocery store (same with the dressing). The shrimp scampi was presented well and Iwould say it tasted good. Not bad, not exceptional. Overall, it\'s alright food, but maybe not for the price. For thoseexpecting to enjoy a nice glass of wine with your Italian food, go elsewhere or bring a bottle. I\'m still looking for greatItalian in Utah. Read more

Update:\nDine in Visit 8/5/22 @ 11:15am-12:02pm\nw/Server Matt: Excellent!!\n\nWe decided to dine in for lunch today. Now a few... weeks into them being open and I am still blown away and this is my favorite local Italian place to go! My son had the spaghettimeatless marinara and I went with my servers recommendation of the Penne Bolognese.\nMy son who is a very picky eater had eatena basket and a half of their delicious rolls and\ndevoured all of his pasta with a smile on his face! Both of our pastas camewith rolls and a dinner salad. He does not like salad so I was more than happy to take his home. Still hands down, the bestranch I?ve ever had!!!\nAfter eating every last bite of my salad and 2 rolls I started in on my heavenly looking main dish! ThisBolognese has a rich beefy aroma and taste that favors more of a meaty vodka sauce finish rather than a garden-tomato overhaul. The best one I?ve tasted yet in my years! Ambiance was great! Servers and Owner were attentive and friendly. My OCD always getsme with dust/dirt/bugs/ things on the floor yet this place was in Prestine condition and the atmosphere was just right, not toohot or cold, and music playing softly overhead. So we truly enjoyed our meal once again with Napoli?s! Thank you for anotheramazing experience!!\n\n1st visit:\nOrdered take out. Was told 15 mins it would be ready. We wanted to see what it looked likeinside since they?ve only been open for a week. It?s really cute and we were instantly greeted by a friendly lady. From order tohaving it handed to me it was only like 8 minutes but we were prepared to wait even longer than the 15 mins just because they?rea newer place and that?s expected. We ordered off the lunch menu, spaghetti, rolls, and salad. The salad was beautiful anddelicious and the best ranch I have ever had. The rolls were authentic and had such a rich flavor! And holy cow!! The lunchportion is huge! This would definitely feed my son and I! It was absolutely amazingly authentic Read more

I highly recommend Ogdens newest gem. A perfect place to have a nice relaxed meal that feels like grandma is in the kitchen.... Best Veal Parmigiana I?ve had in years!\nService was a tad slow, but we didn?t mind at all. We like to sit and enjoy our mealwithout being rushed out to sit the next table.\nFrank was very nice and helpful with all our questions. He was very polite anddid a wonderful job making us feel welcomed.\nLooking forward to our next visit. Read more

My husband and I tried this place tonight and didn?t know that it was their opening night. The ambiance is casual dining. Low... key atmosphere and moderately priced menu. We ordered their calamari for starter. The calamari was seasoned and cooked wellbut they only offer the marinara sauce to go along with it and the sauce was bland. All their meal was served with salad andbread. The salad needs improvement and need to be plated differently. The bread they serve was amazing. They were warm, buttery and garlicky and served with a nice dipping sauce. My husband ordered the Chicken Arabiata served with Spaghettinoodles. The chicken is cooked perfectly and it was delicious. I ordered the Veal Florentine served with spaghetti normallybut I asked if they have any GLuten Free option. They have a GF penne pasta. Veal was supposed to be tender but their veal wasvery chewy, rubbery and very gamey. Traditionally when you order a Florentine it should be served in a bed of spinach and inthis case there?s barely spinach in the dish. The sauce was bland. Lastly, we tried their creme brûlée for dessert. Thiswas also sub par. All in all this place got potential and with a few improvements to the dishes would be worth eating at again.Definitely worth a try, plus we like supporting local business. Hope to see this place go well. Read more
