Friday the 13th!! Ran out of the house to grab a quick sandwich. I get to Jimmy John?s, place my order and as I was almost to... the window realized I grabbed the wrong purse. No cards, license or phone. I get to the window and ask the order taker to savemy sandwich while I ran home to get my wallet. She said I?ll take care of it for you! I was shocked. This place makes great sandwiches. My favorite is the club Lulu-a turkey, cheese and bacon club. I still dream about that... sandwich because it is so delicious! Give it a try and you will not be disappointed. Jimmy John's blows every other sandwichshop out of the water. I love this place and I will keep coming back often. Try it, you will love it too! I have never had worse service from any sandwich place, or any other Jimmy John?s location then here. Had to repeat my order... three times?!? Out of French bread?!? In the drive thru for 20 min for one sandwich with only one car ahead of me?!? I almostNEVER give bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I?ve ended up with a poor experience at this location?at least they got my orderright this time?thus the 2nd star. Something needed to be said. I love Jimmy John's! They are super fast and the sandwiches are always good! I went really lunch time and was the only customer... in there and the staff was being super loud while I was in there. There was a girl that was maybe the manager that was kindaignoring everyone and doing her own thing, but she did not seem like she wanted to be there. Read more
Lazy, Rude and Unhelpful. Ordered a slim 6 and 3 plain breads. Some dude comes to the window and says if I give you 3 breads I... wont have enough for my customers getting sandwiches? what the hell.. I?m buying the freakin food for full price. I drove awayand will never be be back. The argument was asinine. Read more
Terrible customer service tonight. The person taking my order (Rhett) was rude and lazy. I asked for mustard on my sandwich and... for it to be cut in half (i ordered a monster - that should be the standard to cut it in half). I didn?t get mustard on thesandwich. And it wasn?t cut in half. No napkins included with my order either. I had to ask if he would enter my loyalty numberand he told me he already ran my card and couldn?t give me credit for my order. He should have asked me for my loyalty numberbefore taking the payment. Overall disappointment tonight. I will take my business somewhere else where they value customerservice. Read more
Friday 23 Sept 2022 @ 3:15pm til 3:25pm: I was the only customer in the drive thru lane.. I waited 3 mins to place my order..... and then waited 8 more mins for 1 Hoagie.. When I pointed that out with the female employee.. I was SERIOUSLY ARGUED WITH! ITWAS YELLED TO ME, BY THE EMPLOYEE A STORY ABOUT THERE'S ONLY 2 EMPLOYEES... BLAH BLAH BLAH.. ( I clearly saw 3 employees working) I PAID OVER 8 DOLLARS 50 CENTS FOR ONE LOUSY HOAGIE..
