I quit going here about a year ago because the food was so bad. So I said yesterday let me give them a try again. It was bad. I... went today and got something else . Terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich. The chicken tasted like they reheated it from lastweek . The worse chicken sandwich I have ever had. It?s so sad because I want to like this place but sadly I can?t with cooksthat don?t care about their jobs and rude cashiers. All I wanted was a chicken sandwich. The fries were hard and cold . I willnever be back I tried to give them another chance . They will be the next to close because you can?t get staff that care abouttheir job. Didnt even want to give 1 star. Went to get lunch for the family and myself. Store is absolutely disgusting, crumbs on the... seats, floors are sticky, trash everywhere, manager on his phone scrolling through tiktok and leaning on counter, employeesdon't even greet anyone. Every time I go into this place, there is something wrong, usually they are out of what I want. This time I got there 5 minutes... after the 11:00am Sunday opening, only to be told that they were closed until 11:30am, because the computers were down. Iordered a $27+, 8pc meal, legs and thighs only. When I was handed my packaged order, 15 minutes later, I asked if they gave melegs and thighs only and they said yes. When I got home, not to my surprise, there were breasts, wings and legs in my bucketand I only received 7pcs. not 8pcs. I wish I could complain to the manager, but that is who waited on me and filled the order. I'm never going back to the South Milwaukee KFC again. Read more

Ordered from a promo on the website for a 12 piece with 6 cookies and added 2 additional sides. Came to pick up the order and... got home to find no cookies and one of my sides missing. I called and went back to get the missing items ( no apology, nothingoffered to make it right). Upon returning home and actually opening the chicken, I found that it was Original and not ExtraCrispy as I ordered. There has not been a single time I ordered this entire year that I have not had to go back for an issue. I know what was on my orders, they only had to make sure all those items were in the bags. I shouldn't be inconvenienced tocome back for wrong items and if I do have to, there should be some acceptance of responsibility and apology or some way tomake things good with the customer. I expect more when I'm spending this amount of money. Plus the side containers were noteven filled as they normally are, they were skimpy. Read more
