The food was the only thing good. We got to the drive thru about 840pm on a Sunday, and ordered a 3 piece combo, with a leg,... wing, and a breast. We were informed there were no breast at the moment. I politely asked, how long is the wait for breast,they told me they weren't MAKING anymore breast for the night..Not that they simply didnt HAVE any, but they were not makinganymore chicken breast. The restaurant doesn't close until 1030 maybe11 ..that's another 2 HOURS?? Whoever reads this, I hopeyou don't want chicken after 830 because you'll be out of luck there! Just horrible! Read more
After waiting 10 min for Mac n cheese ,I got a half full container n it was awful, Shrimp were unclean and tiny ,chicken nuggets... were awful n small also ,and the biscuits were Hockey pucks,no sauces ... NOT WORTH IT !!! Read more
It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever tasted because they made the chicken very soft and the mayo and pickles made it taste... better. Read more
The employees are so rude here. They don't even acknowledge your presence when you walk in. You can be standing in front of the... register, 10 employees will walk by and ignore you. If you ask a question they get impatient and respond aggressively. Itstempting to complain to management but the fear of retaliation on my food always keeps me quiet. Read more
This stores does deserve 5 start (not like the one in Virginia Gardens) , this store in the US1 it?s great, they are fast,... excellent service and attention from the employees. Also is clean and organized. Read more
Line is usually long but moves fast. Ordering usually doesn?t take very long. I have been here about 5-6 times and they have... forgotten something from my order each time. Some good notes: THE MACARONI AND CHEESE IS ???????????????? & the food is alwayshot and fresh. I think with just a little improvement with checking their orders, I could bump this to 5 stars. 15 minute wait at drive thru either get MORE help on weekends or get BETTER help. I left no way a business will treat me like... that. UPDATE: the restaurant gave me a coupon for my trouble. I?m glad they care about their customer experience ???? Read more
