Craving a Chicago style dog after having lived in Chicago for years; it was the most disappointing version I had ever eaten.... Moreover, I was charged extra for extra onions! Server was abrupt and not friendly. Someone at the restaurant should go onlineand find out what a Chicago dog really consists of. I'd easily pay 3 times what they charged me if they got it right! We get take out mostly. Inconsistent is how I would describe food there. Whomever the weekend cook is, doesn't seem to do as... well as the person who makes our food during the week. Read more
Always excellent when we come to town.
Good steady nothing famtastic but always giod enough food. Usually breakfast...nice staff...UPDATE still noce staff but not... great food. They are def shrinking the portions, my 3 meat Omelette had barely any meat on ot, lots of empty space within theeggs. Dry toast, inedible. And maybe wordt of all no vanilla creamer for the coffee... Not too happy with the DoorDash order we received from them. For the most part everything was ok, apart from the petrified... hotdog I received lol. So over cooked and rock hard I thought someone took it out of a museum. Read more
This is my go to spot when I'm craving some Coney island. The food is always delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff is... great and very friendly. Our waitress last time went above and beyond to make our dining experience with 4 small kiddos great.Thank you Stephanie! We will be back soon to see you. Read more
Leo's Corporate should be so unbelievably ashamed of themselves for this location.. Dirty, filthy, run down, and overall just... bad. 1st their A/C has been broken for a few days. You'd think they'd close? Nope. Stayed open. You'd think they'd put fans into help air flow for employees, cooks and patrons? Nope. So employees are hanging out in the freezer. Patrons are sweating.Stagnate air inside. Unbelievable. Parking lot falling apart. Inside the ceiling tiles are stained. The floor was filthy. TVsdon't work. Paint is faded. It's sick. This is a horrendous work environment for employees and for customers to be in. Shame onLeo's Coney Island for continuing this type of establishment. Unhealthy on all human levels. I will NEVER EVER visit anotherLeo's Coney Island again. Because they support slum like conditions for workers and patrons. Not worth it. Save your money goelsewhere. If you work there. Quit. You do not deserve this type of work environment! Close it down. Health department needs tobe brought in and Better Business Bureau. Read more
It's my favorite breakfast spot. Usually the food is good and the service is usually great at well. I love their chili too.
