very small portions. usually the steak is not fully cooked. prices are also continuously going up. portions are ridiculously... small. asking for a grilled chicken and getting one small piece of chicken in my plate etc. if i want panda now i only get itfrom Carson City. PE in South Lake Tahoe is a joke. Plate with steak + soda comes to almost $15. not worth it, especially inSouth Lake Tahoe. every time i go half of the food trays are empty and its not even busy. when i went again mid May their NEWwok fried shrimp tray stayed empty for more than 30mins. meanwhile in Carson City NV they have big signs advertising the wokfried shrimp and food trays are always full. might be a better choice to visit a real restaurant where you can get real food foralmost the same price. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. revisited this Panda location end of July 2022 and the story is the same. smallportions, out of half of the food items. half of their trays are empty. Having visited this Tahoe location while onvacation my family and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality, quantity and friendliness of the staff. As an on-the-go vegan, it was great to be able to order a side of plain, steamed white rice from this Panda Express. When I... asked if they'd be so kind as to change their gloves before serving, they were more than willing and understood - no questionsasked! Side can come in medium or large. Went tonight at 740pm. Purchased 4 plates and one had orange chicken. Got home orange chicken was vinegary and hotter than my... bejing beef. Called and was told that it's supposed to be this way and that they follow the recipe. I called another store inthe area and they stated that it is supposed to be sweet and orange and never that hot. On d way to South Lake Tahoe we stopped by this Panda Express to have our Togo. Food was fresh , there was chipotle too nearby.... Our frnds picked from Chipotle and we picked from Panda Express. Always love their cheese bites and the spring role. Fresh foodand well maintained place. Have enough parking . Read more
