I have never had such a great experience at a 7 eleven before , Naina is extremely sweet and selfless ! She helped me so much... with everything. She also makes THE BEST jalapeno poppers I have ever had !!!! Most definitely try the jalapeno poppers here ! Read more

This is the worst customer service in history. They are rude to all that dare to enter. They offer "refills" on coffee and... other drinks, but don't post the prices. Then they just make up prices as they go. Then because that's not enough to upset thecustomer they complain about the size of the container that you're using to refill. I spoke to the branch supervisor and wastold 7-11 owners can do whatever they want including change prices as they go. Read more
The last time I went in to this store in June 2021, they demanded to scan my drivers license. They got my full name, address,... date of birth and Social Security number. This is an Indian run store and I fear that they will try Identity Theft onme. Talking to friends, they are the only store in South Lake Tahoe demanding to scan your driver's license. Every time I shop at this 7-11 on emerald bay road the girl at the front counter is always so nice and helpful. Her name is... Naina and she's a great worker and hopefully she's appreciated there. It's hard to get good service sometimes when you shop in atourist town like this, so I appreciate that all the employees at this location seem to care. ???? Read more
