All of our tacos were broken and unwrapped as if they just threw them in the bag they also forgot our nacho fries. And the... napkins were crumpled up and ripped. And when we can in to ask for new unbroken tacos and our fries they gave us the nastiesttone. Never coming here again. We forgot to order a drink, so in the drive through window we asked to add that to the order and they said "No". Very surprised... by that and thirsty afterwards. But good quick meal for 5 kids anyways. Read more

Let just say if your looking for good service and your food to be done correctly this is not the place. The wait to get anything... is insane l, let alone the staff doesn?t know how the cash register works. I could have gone to the near by store and boughteverything and made it myself in the time it took them to make a single item. Read more
I would give no stars if I could but it made me put a star in. They have the worst customer service. The fact that other... locations have made me items that are online only supposedly and then this place denies my order is ridiculous. I go out of myway to avoid this location. if I am paying $9 for an item with beef, it should have beef in it more than a table spoon. **I ADDED MORE TO THIS REVIEW** SEE BELOW This location is a joke. I actually stopped here on my way to school instead of... stopping by my normal Toco Bell. The Mexican lady was very hard to understand, but more importantly she did not understand me.It was like being at Batos where bad customer service is part of the experience. My coffee was very watery and I know it isn'tnormally like that at my Toco Bell in Herriman. I give 3 stars because, bad service or not, it was still Toco Bell and the foodwas great. **UPDATE : 12/24/16** Well this location has reached a new low. I stopped here on my way home from work and ended upcanceling my order. After taking my order I was trapped in the drive through line for 17 minutes, but that's not the worst part.When I finally got to the window the worker told me that they were "out of" everything I had ordered 17 min earlier. Think aboutthat. They took my order 17 min earlier and they had all ready taken the order of everyone else in front of me. Why didn't theyinform me that they were "out" of it when I was ordering?? I canceled my order and now I'm posting my experience here for yourbenefit. As I have said above this isn't the first time this location has screwed up and they deserve 1 star. Read more
This place is pretty good for fast food Taco Bell. Sometimes they don?t get the order right but it doesn?t happen very often,... and when it does we are usually able to have it remedied in some way. Read more
