The customer service that I got today was terrible. I felt rushed to get out so the employee could go hangout with his friends. ... He was also was correcting me on the cheese I wanted. This was hands down one the best experiences I've had at a Subway in a long time! My wife and I were astonished at the... professionalism of the employee that helped us today. We didn't get his name, but he was amazing!! I hope he gets a raise orsome kind of recognition for his help because not only was he all alone working, he was getting customers through in such afluid manner! There was a couple of people in line before us when we walked in, and to be honest I was nervous once I noticedthere was only one person on the job, but he got us all through in no time. The sandwiches were made to perfection, and I meanit, literally looked like it was off a commercial! The gentleman that helped us was super polite and friendly and made our wholeexperience amazing! Whoever worked tonight Wed August 25th 2021 was the BEST!! He?s worked at subway for just over 3 years. We have been to a lot of... subways lately and our food was skimpy, old, or not very good. The worker tonight was the only one on shift and was fast butefficient and made our sandwiches SO GOOD!!! Fresh, loaded, and just perfect. He was also so kind. I wish I would of given him atip but we had a gift card so I hope he get extra compliments or a bonus for his great work!! He is keeping this small locationrunning by himself and doing amazing. Slowest service I have ever experienced. Maybe they should higher more help. Definitely won?t be returning to this location... anymore. Every time I come here it?s new faces the manager must not be treating employees the best. Revolving door of newemployees. We have a love hate relationship with this location. We usually order on line and sometimes our orders are correct and great... and sometimes the order is really off. We've complained before, but it goes no where. I have food allergies, so my order has tobe correct. With this order, my sandwich had some melted shredded cheese melted and it looked like someone had just tried toscrape it off and then gave up. I never get cheese on my sandwiches because I'm allergic. I just think their employees need tobe taught to take better care when making someone's order. There is a reason people don't want something on their sandwich. Butlike I said, sometimes the sandwiches are made correctly, other times not.
