What happened to the Olive Garden that used to be? The joy, the excitement, the aroma.... The cuisine is average at best. Bread... sticks and salad can't sustain this establishment much longer. The most recent service we had experienced was not great either.Appetizers forgotten about, wrong drinks, and not just no refills, we weren't even asked about refills. Called and placed our order with a great employee who treated me Great, offered wonderful customer service through his friendly... and welcoming tone. He was very patient to go over menu questions and point me in a good direction. Food was right on time fortakeout and when we got it home it was fresh and absolutely delicious. Went with a family of 8. Treatment wasn’t great. Server was harsh and serious all the time. Not sure if she is having a bad... day. She isn’t paying attention on what we were ordering. Its quite busy. Food is okay. Alfredo sauce doesn’t have the realtaste. Read more

An exemplary Olive Garden. Food was prepared well, server was friendly and the right balance of attentive, environment was clean... and comfortable. The entree was good. However the dessert (strawberry cream cake) not so good. It was frozen and not the best. My kids had the... donuts had good things to say about it. (They were out of Raspberry sauce) so they gave them chocolate and Carmel. The bill wasquite large. For 4 of us, with drinks and 2 desserts to share was $115. Now I know why I dont go there more.. I would have given a five star, but I'm sure it won't hurt them as they are always packed. There's were just a couple of things... that were not as good as usual. The salad, my pasta and the black tie mousse cake were delicious as always, but the calamaricame out smelling fishy and was not very good. Our waitress took it off the bill which was very kind of her, but I wasdisappointed in the change as it is usually delicious! We came to Olive garden because we had a gift card, but they have you usethe kiosks at the table and it didn't work. They were so busy that I just let it go, but having to use those at the table theyare not use friendly. Read more

We keep coming back to this restaurant time and time again. We have had a great experience each time but this time Teresa took... it to a whole new level. She was so attentive to detail, helpful suggestions, added some extra noodles and veggies because I waswondering about the portion size, and then to top it all off, brought out these Italian donuts for my wife and I with extrasyrup and a very well done ‘Happy Birthday’ on the plate. Update: Olive Garden reached out to me about this situation and their customer support was very kind and helpful. They responded... quickly and appropriately and helped me have a more pleasant experience for future visits. Original post: Not a greatexperience with this location. Our waitress didn't stop by nearly enough so we ran out of water and bread sticks and weren'table to ask for more because she wasn't around. She also didn't write my meal down so it never got made and I ended up having toget it to go because it took her so long to even stop by again and by the time she did stop by we had to leave. We had alsoasked for dessert and she'd clearly forgot about it as well, but we had already been there for a while and we didn't want towait even longer for them to make that. Very disappointed.
