Just came through the drive thru here to get my four nephews some happy meals since I had heard they had a pokemon promotion... going on now. They love pokemon. It was on the menu too. I ordered the four meals which all came in the pokemon packaging buttwo of them had some random lilo and stitch toy instead of the pokemon cards. The dude handing me the meals had this smirkwhich, looking back, makes me feel like they were knowingly pulling a fast one by giving unwanted toys. At least explain or askbeforehand instead sneaking in stuff that is contrary to what it says on the menu. Never coming to this location again. Read more
I went to the kiosk, and it froze mid-order. I went up to the cashier in a blue shirt. I asked for a six-piece chicken nugget... meal; she told me it didn?t exist. I promised her I get it every time for my child. She sighed and said it didn?t exist; I askedher to check. She sighed again and acted like she was; I finished my order. She didn?t hand me my receipt on purpose, and Iwalked away. When I got my meal, she ordered six-piece chicken nuggets, fries, and drink all separate items (not in a meal),ultimately costing me more money. And my burger was ordered wrong as well. I ordered a Big Mac meal and just wanted water to drink in my cup! I?m paying already for the cup in the meal right? I wanted... water to drink! I can?t drink soda and didn?t want anything sugary to drink!!! I was told I would have to pay separate for abottle of water I couldn?t just get water in my cup!!! Well McDonald?s I will never return! We usually don?t go to McDonalds (all locations) very often due to the fact that they never seem to have the right order and the... food always coming to us cold but tonight we were running late and wanted something quick and easy on our way home so we stoppedat this location. The line went quick, the gal taking orders was efficient and the next couple staff members were friendly. Ourorder was 100% correct, even down the the added cheese on the spicy chicken and dipping sauce and the best part, it was HOT! Wewill be back to this location. Read more

Probably my least favorite mcdonalds. Seems like this location is always struggling in one regard or another. Interior is... usually closed so can't speak to the cleanliness. But food is not wrapped or hot or orders are missing things. Restaurant out ofthings. Employees always seem to be doing the best they can but, they don't always seem to be the friendliest. Read more
