Very nice staff, it started with a welcoming drive thru experience, my sandwich was being made fresh and wet had to wait, they... communicated that and gave us a couple of cookies to apologize for the wait, btw I'm ok waiting for fresh food (I prefer that)but it was so nice to be treated like a human being at a fast food restaurant and deal with polite people, thank you fortraining your staff!!! Whoever was working the drive thru today, hopefully her manager or supervisor gives her a bonus or a raise! I couldn?t remember... if the name was shariah or mariah. Anyways, when I pulled up to the drive thru, I forgot my debit card and tried paying for itthrough my phone bt it wasn?t processing through. She quickly pulled out her own card and paid for my meal. Ordered breakfast and asked if the hash browns were fresh. Their idea of fresh was to put the old stale hash browns back in the... fryer and call it good. The order was also wrong but they did correct that promptly with a Luke warm sandwich. Read more
I had just gotten off of work, and i was starving. my friend happened to have a gift card and i was like yo, lets go to king.... and so we pull up to the drive thru and they take like 10 minutes despite being the only ones in line. then we get our food andrealize the onion rings absolutely blow. we thought the chicken fries would be good but they were like 98% breading, 1% chickenand 1% depression. the burger was mid at best but still wasnt an amazing experience. 1/10 wouldnt go again Read more
