We get there and there is a 20 minute wait, not too bad. Our waitress was nice enough and brought our drinks and apps out right... away.. but we waited about an hour for our wings. At that point we pretty much ate all of our apps and I lost my appetite. Iwould have appreciated a heads up about the wait. Also, they don?t include carrots and celery with the wings which is fine butthey didn?t communicate it- how is anyone supposed to know.? Read more
So the server was super nice, the problem came to the ordering of the food and getting the food. We were a table of 4 dad, mom,... 2 kids as you can see in the picture 2 people were given food and while 2 people waited. Not just a little wait the 2 peoplewere able to finish there meal and then our food came out almost 15 mins later. So that was fun, the server was very apologeticI know it wasn't her fault just seemed like something happened. She said they had no runners for the food I don't know. All inall the food really just wasn't that good there are so many better options now days for food around here can't imagine bww willbe around much longer. Good takeout experience with: Wild Burger. Wild Burger is available with door dash and provided burgers and other items but is... prepared from Buffalo Wild Wings. The burgers have that great quality of being oddly addicting. I would put it in the samebucket as five guys, shake shack or McDonald?s. The fried were the awesome part. For the fries you could add seasoning to it. Weadded Buffalo and it was yummy and spicy. I asked to do the same for the tots but they came out normal. They were good thoughand balances the wedge potatoes. The chocolate cake was good but size wise it was smaller than what I?ve expected. Thedescription describes it being massive and it felt normal if small size. The prices felt a bit high for what you would get. Itwasn?t a ton of food, but it was enough to get full. Another update: when we called them about our order , the person who answered the call was super nice and refunded our order.... She apologized for the mistake. I will change my 2-start review from 2 to 4 at stars. UPDATE: I ordered 20 boneless and I got 20regular wings!!! My wife hates regular wings!!After making a to go order by phone , they told me that I have to wait 30-45 mintto get it. I got there 50 mint after I made my order and they told me that I had to wait another 10-15 mint. Looks like theyforgot about my order that I already paid and they were trying to get it out. I had a foreign object in my food (a rubber o-ring), and my order was wrong. I spoke with a manager over the phone (the kitchen... manager, this happened 10/30/2021) and he said that he would refund my order. It's been almost a week and no refund has hit myaccount. The restaurant seemed clean, I did a carryout order. Food was ready on time and the staff were friendly from mylimited interaction. Can't give it more than 1 star through, given the non food item in my food, and no follow through with arefund. Read more
We have always had issues with this location as they do not put enough sauce or no sauce at all on your wings. We ordered sweet... BBQ and Caribbean jerk boneless wings and didn't have any sauce on them! We will never go back to this location in the District. The manager that night did refund my meal, apologized and said he would talk to the cooks so that this didn't happen to anyoneelse. Sadly they have lost our business! Read more
So it was the weekend and I was headed to Salt Lake City to attend my cousins wedding. It was fantastic and we all Celebrated... rather hard at the wedding. Next thing I know it was night and I was heading back to the hotel. Of course I was starving and onthe search for close by restaurants. Lucky me across the street from my hotel was a Bdubs! Personally, I love Bdubs and you canalways count on the food. I was with my wife, father and his partner. They actually have never had Bdubs so it was a goodexperience. We pretty much all got boneless wings with different sauces. I would recommend mango habenero to anyone who lovesthe spice, Thai Curry for those in-betweeners and Classic Medium for an entry level heat. The wings were pretty darn good andthe celery and carrots are a nice add on to help eliminate some heat. It was the first time I've ordered nachos at Bdubs and Idon't regret it, they were delicious!!! Of course we had a couple beers also (to be honest I had probably drank enough at thispoint since the wedding). The waitress was incredibley nice and the service time was speedy. My kids (16 & 18 yrs old) are obsessed with this wings. I order the naked chicken tenders, pretty juicy. I am very picky with... chicken. Hate it it is dry. I do not give them 5 stars because sometimes the delay is crazy, and sometimes someone in yout tableis served first and take 15 minutes to serve the rest. But the food is yummy. Other thing is the smell of the place. (Smellslike Macdonalds kids game area) fix that ...pls. Burguers are great too. Sports and family oriented or a fun date. I guess. Read more
