Honestly I love everyone at the shop I?ve grown up going to Beans & Brews and have always loved them but Alyssa (district... manager) needs to go! She?s awful! Treats the employees like trash all the good employees that make my drinks have left becauseof Alyssa and they?re in a rush to bring new people in to replace them and they don?t make any drinks correctly now. Used to be a super fan of this coffee. The dine in areas are always great for me, decorations, lights, quiet, some of the... restaurants have table games which my son loves! BUT... lately coffee has a taste to "dirty water" so to speak. Maybe just waterbut is not this lovely coffee taste.. I hope there is something they can do to improve it Read more
