This location is poorly managed. Had an almost identical experience to another review posted this evening. The fries were stale... and smelled/tasted like fryer oil. I drove back and asked for fresh fries, and they scooped another cup (probably the samebatch) and were just as bad as my other batch. I explained that the fries were awful and asked them to taste them to confirm.They shrugged their shoulders and said "they're fries" (obviously didn't understand/speak English). I realized I wasn't going toget it resolved so I left and will file a complaint with corporate. Never again at this location, hopefully this review helpsothers avoid the same mistake. Read more
Won't be going to this location any more. We'll drive further and go to the Riverton location from now on. Fries were... stale...definitely had been sitting around a while. But the clincher was the rock hard pita bread on the gyro I ordered. Droveall the way back (always frustrating...and not the first time at this location) to get a new one and the employee I talked totold me 'It's supposed to be like that'. Say what?! I've had many gyros from Arby's over the years and none of them have everhad hard, crispy, stale pita bread. The one they remade for me was just fine so definitely NOT supposed to be that way. It's always a gamble when going to hey arbys. Half the time they close early the other half your waiting 20 plus minuets. The... last time I went I was stuck in line with 2 cars in front 1 car behind me and when I finally got to the window after 35 minuetsin line they told me unless I had cash they couldn't give me my food. Something that would have been nice to know when I placedthe order. So I left at 8 with no food. Read more
I was super disappointed with this location. When we pulled up to the window after ordering we were ignored for a couple of... minutes. When asked to have the lemonade with no ice they refused. The 16oz cup was filled with ice and had maybe 3oz of liquid.Such a rip off. The food is good but such poor customer service. Read more
Official record for my longest time spent in a drive-thru - 25 minutes, no exaggeration! Ordered on the app but lobby was closed... and had to use drive thru. They also got my order wrong and were out of Arby's sauce. Read more
This was my third time going to this particular Arby's. None of them were good experiences. The first time the service was... horrible but I did get what I ordered. Second time I got better service but my food was wrong. This time all of it was just bad.I waited 20 min after ordering for them to tell me their shake mixer was broken and they would have to give me a vanilla insteadof the jamocha I ordered. Then 10 minutes after that I finally got my food, though they still didn't give me the right sauces.After all was said and done I also had no receipt. 30 min wait for sub par food that still wasn't really right is absolutely notok. This Arby?s is a little smaller than other establishments but they still have everything on the menu. While I was eating, there... were employees who were not on the clock but just there hanging out with their friends who were working. It reminded me of myfriends and I when we worked at an Arby?s as teenagers. It brought back good memories on this visit this day. This place isclean and the staff is friendly. Lobby is closed. Drive thru line was very long. The person working the drive thru really struggled to speak and understand... English, which is probably why the line was so long. Food came out quickly once we pulled up, but the sandwiches (buffalochicken, beef n cheddar) were just drenched in sauce and barely edible. This location really needs to improve their service.
