I got A Jumbo Jack combo which the beef had an off taste. I don't believe it is 100% beef. If it is 100 % beef then it was old... meat. I didn't get sick from it but was not tasting good. The French fries are cut too thin and are too dry tasting as a result. Read more

I just went there to buy something to eat, i also work at a fast food restaurant, and this by far has to be the worst one, they... have super rude employees and the manager standing by the employee laughing at how rude he was being towards me and othercostumers, i dont go there often so i had forgotten how bad the service was, they also gave me old food like maybe from earlierearlier today, so i called the so called superviser or corporate office and he as well was talking on top of me not letting meexplain what had happened, no wonder their employees act like that. And why not im go ahead and burn this people... This jack in the box is horrible!! Didn't get our drink orders right, size or type. We got sourdough Jack's, and they only... used one piece of sourdough! The other was a regular bun bottom. The food was not good at all. The kids at the window was rudeand couldn't hear through the speaker. Maintain your stock, facility and staff or shut down! Read more

We went today and originally ordered a double jack and instead got a grande sausage, but since they already ate it we didn?t do... anything. My mom went to eat her Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and we found no meat. When I called they didn?t really help at all. Read more
