The service was great. The food was hot & fries crispy.. This is my go to Wendy's when I'm in the neighborhood.
Always have an attitude my order is always wrong check your bags. I can?t tell you how many times they told me what I ordered... all to say my order was a mobile order and not the window order !! Again check your bags. Certainly was not overly impressed. Nothing particularly grabbed my attention, For two cheeseburgers, a medium fry, and a large... drink the order was accurate however a tad on the slow side. Food temperature was good, dining area was clean and kept. Wendy'sis drastically overpriced, the value for the meal just doesn't add up. Read more
I walked in on 9/20/22 @ 9:44p to order just a frosty. I was informed dining in is closed. I said what time does it close? Rey... 10p. I said it's quarter to 10p he said no one at the register and then turned to a gentleman going into the bathroom and he toono one at the register. So I departed and he locked the door after me. This is actually the 3rd time eas in this neighborhoodand the 1st time their system was not working so no transactions were happening at 6pm and the 2nd time they said no frostysavailable. This place is the absolute worst after 9pm. Ive sat at the order speaker for so long I almost forgot what I ordered. If you dont... say anything they will let you sit there. They always out of cupholders, the drive through is always at least a 15 minute wait.Ive even been told that they weren't taking orders because they were receiving a truck. Read more
It was my cheat day and I wanted that Honey Butter Chicken sandwich from Wendy's! I couldn't stop at the one I went to the first... time I had that sandwich, detoured! So, I stopped at the one on 159th and ordered the #4! DISAPPOINTED! The biscuit was hard,and the chicken was dry! The wedges was ok. The coffee was lukewarm, not hot! So. I drove back around and showed them thesandwich. They took it back and supposedly made a "fresh" one. Fresh wedges and fresh coffee... Sike! Their second attemptwasn't any better. They gave me a sandwich that was sitting there just a wee bit less time than the first! They redipped thefries and the coffee still lukewarm! I won't be back to that one! Whoever works the morning shift is awesome! My order is always correct and they are extremely nice!
