Terrible terrible service. As soon as I walked in, I noticed all the employees just standing around, some yawning. One employee... was sweeping a receipt for the longest time. They completely ignored us, never bothered to take our order. We left to Culver?s.I received my food faster at Culver?s than I would have, had I stayed at Wendy?s. Read more
They were only doing 1 car at a time in the drive through. A car orders and moves up. The next car is told their order will be... taken in a minute. The order gets taken after the first car has completely left the premises. The way they are running thisbuisness is horrible. This is by far the worst wendys. Not even talking about the food. I ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget. I wasonly given 8. I'm not sure how their was a counting error. But there was. There needs to be some serious reforms. Only reasonpeople don't leave the drive through is because they can't. They're barriers on the sides so people can't leave. Read more
*Update* they put bacon and cheese on a classic chicken sandwich... So an hour and 10 minutes and I still got the wrong order... for a person who can't eat pork or red meat... *.. Currently on my second stint in the drive through tonight. Got to thespeaker, guy said the online order didn't come up which is fine I try to order through the drive thru... I must have flusteredhim as the usual guy hopped on the mic tells me to pull forward. I pull up they say it isn't fair to the people behind me thatthey take a new order at the window and then curse at me as I drive away to swing back around... The absolute slowest fast foodplace in existence... For real, eat anywhere but this clown palace. Read more
