On a very busy Saturday night (9/17). Had a 1-1/2 hr wait. So we decided to take in the sights and sounds of South Haven... during our wait. Once in the restaurant, we ordered the New Zeeland Green Lip Mussels for an appetizer. There were 8 musselswhich were cooked perfectly. Our main course was the The James Gang butterfly shrimp and Stoney Creek Salmon Dinner. Bothshrimp and salmon were done to perfection. The breaded shrimp was light and crispy. The salmon was flaky and the proper pinkin color. Our waitress was very nice and very prompt. This was our first time to Clementine's and was worth the wait. Read more

Arrived early for dinner, no significant queue but had to wait 15 minutes. This is a busy place I think moreso for the... restaurant decor as more elaborate and spacious than other restaurants during our stay. Had huge fried mushrooms appetizer. Salad fresh lettuce. Entree bbq ribs half serving was very thick St Louis but ug slathered or dunked in way too much bbq sauce. Boiled shrimp good. Pestered by flies frequently. Place popular to be seen I think. My wife and I came to Holland and Southhaven for a little weekend trip for her birthday. We just so happened upon Clementine?s... and we were absolutely blown away. We started with the onion rings and they were the best we?ve ever had anywhere. We split aReuben that was absolutely amazing. The meat was the best corn beef I?ve ever had. I also ordered a side salad that was cleanand crisp and was absolutely wonderful. I thought the prices were quite good considering the quality of the food. The decor inthis place is out of this world if you like antiques. When you?re finished stuffing yourself silly with their excellent foodyou should take a walk down to the pier. A great way to walk off your lunch and enjoy a beautiful view. Read more

Pasta that I got would be helpful if they grilled the chicken breast and seasoned. Portions were good. I had lots of chicken on... my pasta plate but it seemed as if it was boiled/steamed. Kids liked their meals. Got 2 meals and 3 kids meals. Read more

Beautiful historic building creates a cozy, cool atmosphere. Phenomenal menu with something for everyone. Definitely makes it... to my favorites list. Delicious food with little extra details to make it their own... The bacon was perfect! And the Frenchonion soup was perfect on this cold winter day. Read more

We traveled from South Bend to meet our family half way for dinner in South Haven, it was either Big Boy or Clementines, I am... glad we had decided upon Clementines. It was my first time, but what a great experience. The food and environment is superb.Friendly staff, cheerful iconic decorations and great food makes Clementines a great choice. Well worth the drive. It's also inthe heart of downtown South Haven, you won't be disappointed. Read more

Food was delicious. The atmosphere was cool. I don?t know the history of this building but it has a ton of cool stuff. The wait... staff was working hard and it didn?t take long for our food to be delivered. They do not do take out or pick up. Highlyrecommend the mushrooms and potato skins. The ranch dressing is homemade and very good! Read more
