Omg I don?t have a complaint whatsoever from this place loved everything I eaten and drank here like the garlic parm mix with my... drink yum and the honey mustard combine with the garlic parm chicken taking a bite of each was good so the garlic parm doesn?tfeel too overwhelming to eat it. Hubby and I enjoyed our meal here. We split the puddle jumper (12 wings) with teriyaki sauce and a burger with tater tots. The... wings were great and the burger nice and juicy. I took my wife to the hangar the other evening this evening it was not very busy because it was early in the evening. The... bartender was excellent kept smiling and giving us good service. We ordered food it was hot and fresh.. I'm not sure how itcould have been any better. Read more
This review is specifically and just for this visit. In the past, when we have ordered out we have had no issues. Did we get... what we ordered? Yes. However every single item, burgers, fries and wings we're all undercooked. We didn't report it to therestaurant because we're not looking for anything. What we hope is that they will take the time to look at the quality of thefood exiting their kitchen. The fries were so underdone it was like the drop them into the fire pulled him out and threw them inthe box. Everything that we received, with the exception of the burger went in our air fryer. And if they tell you that theburger bun is toasted, they are lying. I believe they were just busy and more interested in putting the food out and then thequality of the food. I'm willing to wait to get my food cooked properly. Will I give them another chance? I don't know. If I do,it will not be for a while. Read more
Usually pretty good, so they get a 3 star although this lunch trip deserves a 1 star rating. Wings were not fresh, if I had to... guess they were cooked once and fried a second time to reheat them. A great addition to South Hadley! The food is on par with the original Amherst location. The boneless wings are my absolute... favorite. Honey Mustard, Mango Habanero, and Garlic Parmesan are bomb flavors. The bone-in wings are good sized and I have nocomplaints. I also like that the blue cheese is made in house. I did take out but I did see pool tables and arcades inside soseemed like a cool place to hang out. The place wasn't too busy and seemed new and clean. I will definitely be back to thisspecific location in the future since it's closer to me than the Amherst location. Read more
