We started to order takeout from Olympic regularly during the pandemic. Love everything we?ve tried.
Glastonbury standard. Greek salad is super. Pizza is pretty good, but we love the capicola grinders.
Used to regularly stop into Olympic for lunch. Today we ordered a calzone and chicken Cesar wrap. Unfortunately the chicken... Cesar wrap had absolutely no Cesar dressing and tasted horrible! Wife and I had dinners here many Friday nights for date night over the last twenty years! Always great food! Since Covid they... have take-out, the food is always great! Some of my favorites, Mediterranean Pizza, Lasagna, Gyro, Steak & Cheese Grinder,Meatball Grinder. A great family business. We love them! Read more
I really love the pizza! I need to try their other dishes. The special pizza is great a lot of toppings and great taste. It's... not too thick or too thin. Not overly greasy either. I no longer live in town but when I visit Glastonbury I come here. It'salmost like an old school pizza. Different in a great way than anywhere else. Fresh ingredients and value on the dollar are takenaway from Olympic pizza . The meatball grinder is my go to although their pizza and other sandwiches/grinders are great too. Themeatball grinder has fresh bread not too crispy and. It too soft. The meatballs taste extremely flavorful and are perfectlymoist. I go with the roasted peppers and prov cheese to round out what in my mind is the best meatball grinder on the east coast. And it?s 9.99 for a very large grinder so the value is there too!
