They don't know how to count change and they never have any when I come. If they are out of something they will assume you want... something similar and ring you up for it without letting you know. Is infuriating that I pay food food and I wanted to use the restroom, I asked politely if I can use the restroom, the employee... that attended me and charge me stated that the restroom did not work, as I was leaving a employee was able to use the restroom,I'm going to put a formal complain against the company this is not good that threat costumer this way. If this place wasn't literally a minute from my house I'd stop getting food from here. It's not the food it's the customer... service. Make sure you check your orders people because they really could care less to accommodate you if they get you orderwrong. I even spoke to the management and it did no good. Sad.... over some tacos. Was there yesterday a round 9p.m. (it s closes at 11) They said they weren't taking orders because they had to prep food. 3... young ladies in there talking and laughing. Also restroom is for employees only, so if you have to go while eating there orwaiting for your order good luck. Read more
Every time we come here they tell us they cannot take our order. The first time we came at 8:00 pm they said ?they where closed?... the 2nd time we came they said ? they were taking a brake and I needed to wait 15 minutes for them to take my order? . Terrible. Read more
